Deposit panel and TDS bulk upload
There’s now an organisation-level deposits panel giving you a full view of your portfolio’s deposits in one place. You can move deposits through a structured flow (pre-completion, active, closing), run bulk actions across multiple deposits, and export a TDS-ready CSV for bulk import. Rent collection updates automatically when deposits are marked as received or returned.
Notices report
Generate a report straight from the tenancy comms panel showing everything that’s been formally served, who to, when, and how. Useful evidence when you need it.
Default CC and BCC settings
Set your default CC and BCC addresses once in your account and they’ll prefill across the email message centre, credit control templates, and document serving.
Assigned and unassigned messages
Conversations now show clear assignment states, so teams can see at a glance which messages are owned and which still need someone to pick them up.
Updates to the owner dashboard
Property owners can now view inspection records, inventory reports, notes, and attached files directly from their dashboard. Read-only, nothing to set up — panels appear automatically once an owner is linked to the property and the relevant services are active.
