Guaranteed Rent – No management fees. We lease your property directly, providing fixed monthly rent and a completely hands-off solution for landlords.
HMO Management – 10% management fee plus £150 per new tenant move-in. A fully hands-off management service including tenant communication, compliance oversight, maintenance coordination and day-to-day property management.
Let Only / Tenant Find – £350 tenant find fee. Includes professional marketing photos, accompanied viewings, tenant referencing, tenancy agreements and collection of the first month’s rent and deposit. Additional services such as inventories, arranging safety certificates, compliance support and more can also be arranged depending on your requirements.
