COHO’s AI Agent doesn’t only check the basics, like payment reference, but the amounts, dates, names, and other important information. Because we can’t expect tenants to actually use the payment reference given, right?
You’re always in control! Payments made from tenants in arrears can be configured to be logged against the oldest rent, the newest rent, or the closest match based on date paid. Any that we’re not 100% sure about, you’ll be able to confirm, and the AI will learn for the next ones.
