Staff or customers can report maintenance issues from a website, their COHO dashboard, or even a QR code (configured per-property if you’d like!) in an easy-to-use form. It’s as easy as an email, but with absolutely no double-keying.
From there all communications are kept in a single place – no need to resort to WhatsApp, email, or phone. And that’s just great from an auditing perspective!
