What does FastTrack cost?

Simple, transparent pricing at just £7.50 per unit.

We charge £7.50 plus VAT for each unit (room or single-let property) that our team uploads on your behalf.

FastTrack is available when you’re onboarding more than 12 units, making it ideal for larger portfolios or busy teams who want to get up and running quickly.

Fast Track is best seen as your Virtual Assistance team. We will collate all of the information that we know is required, whether that be downloading it from your current system or sorting it from a more manual system and personally upload it all for you into your account. As well as this, we will train you on how to best use the account moving forward once all the information is in your COHO account.

The vast majority of our new customers now use FastTrack as it removes the ‘pain of change’. Managers come over to COHO because they recognise all that it does, but moving from an old system is often difficult and time consuming.

FastTrack was introduced to remove this pain and time pressure and make any switch over seamless from your perspective.

FastTrack is of most use when you first decide to become a COHO member. The option will most likely be discussed with you when speaking with one of our team.

If you do decide that it’s for you then you will just need to create an account, let us know the number of units you manage and we will take it from there.

What is included in the FastTrack service?2025-05-23T15:51:56+00:00

Our FastTrack service is designed to get you up and running with current tenancies and able to start onboarding new tenancies as soon as possible. As such, the FastTrack team will get you to a starting point where all your properties, rooms and tenancies are on COHO along with a core set of current, important documents, including:

Compliance: Your latest EPC, EICR, Gas Safety, HMO Licence (if applicable), Fire Safety, PAT for each property

Tenancies: ASTs, Deposit Information, Right to Rent documents for current and any future tenancies

Ownership: Details of property owners and management agreements

In addition, the FastTrack team will set up your rent schedules on the basis of future rent due or rent from the start of a future tenancy.

Our team will not be able to transfer any previous, expired documents from your files or your current platform. In addition, the team will not log payments or rent arrears for any of your tenancies.
