Yes.  When you initially request a demo account we’ll email you a link to get back on to your personal account should you want to return to it at any time.  That means if you have added a property, room or tenant it will still be there when you return.

How long will the demo account be available?2025-04-27T18:09:34+00:00

We usually do some housekeeping for our demo accounts from time to time, in order to guarantee a great level of performance when requesting a demo.  If. for some reason, you try to return to an existing demo account and it does not work, you can simply create a new one.

Can you transfer any data I have added over to a live account?2025-04-27T10:12:02+00:00

No.  We do not process requests to transfer data from demo accounts to live accounts.  Whilst most users add real data to test the process, either you or our FastTrack team will add the data again in your live account.

Our demo account is a fully functional replica of our live environment, other than there are no outgoing notifications.  As such, you will be unable to invite additional parties, such as users, tenants, suppliers or property owners to the account.

No.  There is absolutely no charge for a demo account.  It is completely free.  Some features of COHO that incur additional charges, such as using an eSignature for signing a tenancy agreement in an onboarding and requesting third party referencing from our integrated partner(s) are not available in the demo environment.

Yes, and not just for a tenant.  In the demo environment you can easily swap between different users on the same account to see what COHO looks like a a prospective tenant, a tenant, and a property owner.
