COHO Circles is a peer community for experienced and engaged property professionals.

Each Circle is a small, private WhatsApp group – 30 members maximum. No algorithm deciding what you see. No advertising. No lurkers. Just a tight group of people who are passionate about the industry.

    Join the waiting list
    We don’t add people to just any group.  We wait until there’s the right space in a group that suits you.

    When a spot opens, you’ll receive a WhatsApp invite to your Circle.

    Contribute
    It takes each member to build and maintain a community. Those who don’t engage will give up their spot to someone on the waiting list.

How we keep it worth being part of

Communities only work when people contribute. Every member who joins takes a spot that someone on the waiting list is waiting for.

We ask one thing: show up. Share something. Respond when you can.

The 30-day rule

If a month passes with no activity from you, your spot returns to the waiting list automatically – no exceptions. You’ll get a nudge a few days before if you’ve gone quiet, but after 30 days the spot is gone.

Keep it in the circle

Everything in your Circle is confidential by default. People will only share honestly if they trust the group. Don’t screenshot, quote, or repeat what others say outside the group – not even casually. If that trust breaks, the community stops working for everyone.

No advertising

This isn’t a place to sell. It’s a place to form a community with peers. Please don’t use this as a channel to share your content, along with multiple other channels.

To rejoin, you go back to the bottom of the waiting list.

That rule exists to protect the quality of the group for everyone in it.
