What is COHO Atrium?
COHO Atrium is the part of COHO that lets you connect your AI tool to your COHO data, build your own apps and switch on apps other people have made, so you can shape COHO around the way your business works. It has four parts: the AI connector, the Atrium Development Kit (ADK), App Hosting and the Atrium App Store.
What is third-generation property management software?
First-generation property management ran on spreadsheets, paper and memory. Second-generation software brought properties, tenancies, money and compliance into one place, but it only does what it was built to do. Third-generation software, like COHO with Atrium, lets you build what your business needs on top, using the data already in it.
Is COHO Atrium separate from COHO?
No. COHO Atrium is part of COHO and included in your subscription. Your data stays in COHO, and everything you add builds on what's already there.
How do I get started?
Open the Atrium panel in COHO. From there you can connect your AI tool, switch on an app from the Atrium App Store, or start building your own.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Apps from the Atrium App Store just switch on, and connecting your AI tool takes a few minutes. To build your own app, you only need to be comfortable using an AI tool with the AI connector. Most of what customers have built so far wasn't built by a developer, and you don't need to be using AI already.
Which AI tools work with COHO Atrium?
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Base44 have all been tested with the AI connector, and any AI tool that supports MCP connections should work. If you'll be working with tenants' personal information, use a business plan, such as ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, as personal plans aren't suitable for tenant data.
Who can use COHO Atrium?
Every COHO customer. It works the same for landlords and letting agents, whether you have five rooms or five thousand.
