COHO is a service operated by Company For Life Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12078021). Our office is at COHO @ The Kiln, 2 Copenhagen St, Worcester, WR1 2HB.

What’s new?

We’ve introduced a dedicated set of subscription terms to cover how billing works for our paid plans. These explain how your unit-based subscription renews, when charges apply, and how to end or change your subscription. The terms are shown and agreed to at the point of starting a subscription, so you know what to expect before committing.

These terms apply to all customers on a COHO paid subscription plan. If you or the organisation you represent manage properties, they apply to you.

What else has changed?

We’ve reviewed and updated all our core legal policies. The content hasn’t changed dramatically, but we’ve rewritten everything to be clearer, shorter, and easier to follow.

Each of these documents is designed to stand alone but also work together, so you’re never left unsure about which rules apply.
