Acceptable use policy
This policy explains how you’re expected to behave when using COHO. It applies to anyone using the COHO website, app, or services. By continuing to use COHO, you’re agreeing to follow these rules.
What you post or upload
When you post or upload something like messages, questions, photos, or support requests you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it’s legal.
You’re also agreeing not to post anything that violates this policy.
We don’t check everything users submit, but we may review content if it’s reported to us. If we believe something breaks the rules, we can remove it without warning. If someone makes a legal complaint, we might need to share your identity with them.
Rules for using COHO
You must use COHO legally, respectfully, and responsibly. Don’t use COHO to break the law, commit fraud, harm others, or interfere with the platform. You must not upload anything dangerous or offensive, such as viruses or malware.
It’s also against the rules to send spam, use bots or scrapers, or try to hack or bypass our systems. Please don’t copy COHO’s content or software without permission, and don’t embed or frame COHO elsewhere without asking us first.
Community features and moderation
If COHO offers forums, chats, or other user spaces, we’ll make it clear who runs them and how they’re moderated. We may monitor content to keep things safe, but we’re not responsible for what other users post.
If moderation is in place, we’ll provide a way to contact the moderators.
What not to post
Please don’t post anything that’s hateful, violent, discriminatory, threatening, or sexually explicit. Don’t share someone’s private information or impersonate other people. Don’t post false or misleading content, or anything that could scare or mislead others without good reason.
You must not post anything that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights, or that creates legal risk for COHO.
How COHO may use your content
You still own anything you post. But by submitting content on COHO, you give us permission to use it worldwide, for free, and forever.
That includes storing it, displaying it, editing it, or sharing it with others, including in product updates or marketing.
If you break the rules
If you violate this policy, we may take action. This could include removing your content, suspending or closing your account, reporting you to the authorities, or taking legal action if needed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of COHO means you accept the latest version of this policy.
