THE PROPERTY

This property is a beautiful large block, close to the beach, South Cliff and the town centre and recently refurbished with modern units and neutral decor.

We are private landlords as well as lettings agents, so we know how to care for our properties and our lovely tenants. Reporting issues in the house to us is very easy on our app, and we are always very quick to fix issues.

THE FLAT

A beautiful 2nd-floor 1-bed flat with a kitchen/lounge space and bedroom with separate shower room. Blinds on the windows included but no other furnishings included. The flat has been dressed for the photos as you can see, but this furniture is not included, nor is a fridge / freezer or washing machine. But the oven and hob is provided and integrated in the kitchen. There is great light owing to the tall sash windows. Bills not included. At the time of writing, the owner pays for the gas and water bills as these are not separately metred per flat, so we ask for a monthly contribution of £75-100 per month for these. Electricity is separately metred and you should also budget for your own council tax.
