The kitchen also provides direct access to the rear garden, which features pub-style tables and benches, perfect for enjoying some fresh air during the warmer months.

Our friendly cleaning team visits every two weeks to keep the communal areas clean and well maintained. If you'd like the convenience of having your own space cleaned too, room and ensuite cleaning is available for an additional charge.

Superfast broadband and all utility bills are included in the rent, including Council Tax (Band B), so there are no additional bills to worry about.
