With Smart, keyless locks, luxury plush carpets, and fully furnished with generous and sizeable, new, stylish furniture, it is clear the property is maintained to a very high standard. A large fully fitted kitchen equipped with all white goods, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a lounge area which has a large comfortable sofa and a 49-inch 4k Smart TV for you to relax and enjoy along with a really nice garden to take advantage of those odd days of British sun, making it a great place to live.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED IN THE RENT

Room rent includes all bills: Council tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, High-speed fibre optic Broadband and TV licence for lounge TV. There is a complimentary weekly cleaning service for communal areas/bathrooms and Netflix on the lounge TV along with regular house maintenance.
