To move in: one month's rent and a £400 deposit. No admin fee, no referencing fee, no renewal fee. Deposits are protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

No fixed term. The tenancy runs monthly and you give two months' notice whenever you want to leave.

If you commute: Clitheroe station is a few minutes' walk from the front door. Blackburn is 24 minutes on a direct train, roughly every 45 minutes from 06:21 to 23:42. Preston is about 25 minutes by car up the A59. Burnley is about 21 minutes.

Your room: a double bed, wardrobe, several sets of drawers and cabinets, a desk and chair, smart heating and USB sockets. Fully furnished and ready to move into.
