The house is very centrally located, less than a five minute walk to the high street and a major supermarket. It's also around a five minute walk to the Hinkley Point bus station. The house comes with off street parking.

The house has a good sized lounge, a spacious kitchen/diner, a utility room and a family sized bathroom for the rooms upstairs and a shower room for the ground floor room.

Good sized rooms are fully furnished and all have multiple power points and a tv point as standard. The wi-fi is included in the price and blackout curtains have been provided.

The large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with crockery, glassware, cookware etc. As well as microwave, double oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Each tenant is allocated their own fridge and there is a large freestanding freezer with deep draws available for tenant use as well. Tenants are also allocated a storage cupboard and there is plenty of space in the well laid out kitchen. There is a dining areas by the window with four comfortable chairs. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer with a counter space to do your folding. The use of these is included in the price. Your rent is all inclusive. Hoover, ironing board and iron are also provided.

There is a living room with comfortable sofa and armchair and a flat screen television. There are plenty of power sockets so gaming devices etc can easily be plugged in.

The house is cleaned fortnightly by a professional cleaner.
