The house was fully refurbished in 2024 and the current housemate was the first person to move into this room following the refurbishment. He has made it his home for just over two years.

The shower room is conveniently located on the ground floor and is shared with just one other housemate. It has a large walk-in shower, heated towel rail and storage for your toiletries.

The house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, with off-street parking available as well as unrestricted on-road parking.

You'll be sharing with housemates who keep the house clean and tidy and value having a comfortable and respectful place to live. We're looking for someone who wants the same kind of home and will enjoy being part of the house.

We want the house to feel like a home, not simply somewhere to rent a room. Our housemates keep the shared spaces clean and tidy, are considerate of each other and value living in a respectful, well-looked-after home.

We are live-out landlords and manage the house ourselves, so if something needs attention, you'll deal directly with us.

💰 DEPOSIT & REFERENCING

All prospective housemates are subject to referencing, including affordability, credit and employment/income checks.

The standard deposit is equivalent to one month's rent and is protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

Alternatively, we offer Reposit as a deposit alternative. This involves a smaller upfront payment rather than a traditional cash deposit. You remain responsible for any rent, damage or other amounts properly due at the end of your tenancy.
