The property is located outside a bus stop serving the main city routes including the hospital/UEA. Cathedral views over the city. On-street permit parking available by permit from the council for £47 per year approx.

Current tenants are a mix of male-female mid-twenties to early 30’s working professionals. We are looking for long-term tenants who are available to move in as soon as references are complete.

You will be asked to pay a holding deposit equivalent to a weeks' rent if you make an application. This is taken to take the room off the market and this is deducted from the first months rent that you pay.

All rents are paid on the 1st of the month and a deposit equal to the cost of the room rent is held in a secure tenancy deposit scheme.
