This co-Living Home has been designed from the ground up for today's young professionals who want to live and relax in a beautiful, friendly and sociable household after a busy day at work. Our design-led homes are tastefully furnished and decorated with high spec to make life easier and enjoyable.

This boutique shared house is located on a peaceful residential street, overlooking the local park. It has been fully renovated to a high spec with the latest technologies and modern facilities including a state-of-the-art heating system. A high-capacity smart hot water system, so there are never any worries about running out of hot water. It is also equipped with business-grade 350M fibre internet and mesh WiFi points installed throughout the house.

The large open-plan kitchen dining living area features quartz stone worktops, high-end appliances, and a dishwasher. There are multiple appliances to ensure plenty of facilities for all housemates should you all suddenly be inspired by the latest episode of the Great British Bakeoff. The double washer-dryers mean you never have to wait for someone else to finish their laundry. Each housemate has been designated their own generously sized individual food storage.

A Café style dining area for eating individually or communally as a house. The space doubles up as Co-Working Space during the day with sockets and phone charging points conveniently located if you want to escape your room and work from home in a more social setting.

The shared living room has a sofa, cosy chairs and large 55" Smart TV, which forms a great space if you want to relax with your housemates with plenty of space for all to watch the latest game or favourite film.
