I am Rachel, my role is sales and tenant after care.  Ashley my partner deals with all the maintenance that is required within the houses.

We are available 7 days a week.

27 Somerset Road is a great location and a few minutes walk into the town centre and University.

The current tenants are a mix of working professionals and international students.

Over the last 4 years in business we have found this to be a great combination.

The  en suite room is a lovely bright spacious attic, with no height restrictions.

In the large downstairs kitchen the adjoining lounge has a tv you can enjoy while you are cooking your meals.

There is a onsite laundry in the house which is free to use and included within the monthly rate.

All bills are included including super fast Virgin business.

Parking is Available on street with a local council permit at a cost of £15 per year.

The home is under a mile from the nearest Tesco Express, and there is also an Asda supermarket (less than a quarter of a mile away) and a Tesco supermarket (under a mile away) within easy reach.

If you enjoy visiting the cinema, there is an Odeon cinema under a mile from the home in Huddersfield. There is also a Northern Morris cinema slightly over 4 miles away in Elland.
