Student Rooms are available to rent from 1st October 2024.

The student house is situated near The University of Essex Campus, 5 mins by car, 6 mins by bike, 15 mins walk. Tesco’s superstore is also just down the road and it’s also on the local bus route. 

The licensed student house is located in a quiet but convenient residential area. There are 5 double rooms, suitable for students, 1 student per room. The big kitchen contains oven/hob, table & chairs, large fridge freezer, there is also a smaller fridge and freezer in the utility area. There is a shared bathroom with toilet, bath & shower. Downstairs there’s a separate toilet & separate shower room. Outside there a patio and garden area. There is also a bike rack, where you can lock your bikes up. 

The bedrooms are furnished, they each have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, desk & chair. 

No smoking or vaping inside the house please. Sorry no pets. 

Rent doesn’t include bills. Bills are shared with other tenants, currently with spilt my bills (approx £25 per week, depending on use.) Gardener is provided. 

The whole house is fully redecorated every year. Deal with the Landlords not Agency.
