Rent is inclusive of all utility bills, as well as TV licence, Council Tax and Internet. A cleaner visits once a month, which is a complimentary service paid for by the landlord. The gardens are maintained by the landlord at not cost to the tenants.

We will choose the most suitable applicant for our landlord clients, based on financial/employment information. That decision will be based upon any express preferences of the existing housemates, including age, gender and hobbies/interests.
