The rent includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, weekly cleaner, gardener, 100MB unlimited Virgin hi-speed broadband. A cleaner visits once a week to help keep the house in shape.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, double oven, microwave and two fridge/freezers. There's a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. The lounge/diner has all new furniture, plus 40" wall mounted TV. All rooms have a double bed, desk/chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV point. There are three ensuite rooms in the house.

For the room security deposit, you can choose either to leave a deposit of 5 weeks rent or to buy what is, in effect, a damage insurance policy for an amount equivalent to one week's rent.
