Hey, I'm Tanya. We have been managing our own properties now for 4 years, we have grown slowly and strategically. As tenants ourselves, we manage the properties from a tenant prospective. We have taken our own experiences and created a really nice environment and a long term home for people. We prefer to match tenant in shared accomodation as much and ensure comprehensive referencing on prospective tenants. Sometimes this can mean we have a room empty longer than needed, but through this strategy we have been able to house the same tenants for several years, and some have gone on to maintain friendships with their housemates. Our standards are simple, honest, open, transparent and this is the foundations of the relationship we build with our tenants.
