Born and raised in Cambridge, landlord at aged 20, father of two — that's me in a nutshell. I founded Babouris. Cambridge Lettings because none of the high street agencies offered the specialist service I needed for my HMOs — and the same was true for the landlords I networked with. So I self managed for 10+ years, then started offering support to another landlord, then another and then another. Babouris has gone from strength to strength ever since.
