What is a unit?
A unit it a lettable space. That is, a room or property you would rent to a paying tenant. Other communal spaces, such as kitchens, living rooms and shared bathrooms are excluded.
How many units are in a property?
As many as you like! As you add rooms to a property you will add units to your monthly subscription.
Can I use COHO to manage single let properties?
Yes you can. You can add a single let property to COHO with 1 room.
Is there a limit on the number of units I can add?
No. There is no upper limit. Knock yourself out!
Is there a minimum number of units?
Yes. All subscription plans are subject to a minimum of 12 units.
