About Room 3
Everything is taken care of for you. Your new room comes with a hotel-grade bed, loads of storage including XL wardrobe, under-bed storage, a chest of drawers, mirrors, plenty of sockets and a bedside lamp. There is also a desk & chair for working, good quality carpets, black out blinds for good sleep and a lockable hotel-style bedroom door.
The only thing you need to bring when you move in is your own bedding (sheet, duvet, pillows), towels and personal belongings. You’re welcome to bring your own bedroom TV (a few rooms have TVs included). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including all cooking items. There’s an iron, ironing board, hoover, your own designated food cupboard and fridge / freezer space and a Housekeeper who comes in bi-weekly to blitz the shared areas.
Chester Homeshare only rent to respectful young professionals typically aged 21-32, who want to have a friendly (but not a party!) home and who it is important to live in a quiet, clean & tidy home. Most houses are 50/50 male / female mix. Parking is free on-street, . Hoole CH2 3NH shops and bars nearby and Chester city centre is a 15 min walk.

- This large beautiful house has seven people sharing over 3 floors, in the cool locality of Hoole, postcode CH2 3PL.

- Brand new 2025 kitchen / lounge / diner / patio area. XXL private kitchen cupboards and individual bins, dishwasher, all bills included.
